Would suggest a procedural update: when a requested date is not available for Day Camp or Boarding, a response is provided to the customer indicating the date(s) is not available, giving the customer the option to be placed on a wait list or to select another date.
The "no response" response does not reflect that the request was actually seen by someone at Camp Bow Wow, leading to the customer having to follow up. Thanks for considering.

My pups LOVE coming here. Everyone I met there greets my pups in a way that shows they know them individually. When I have had questions, not only does the staff always take the time to answer them no matter how busy they are but again - they demonstrate observations that tell me my best buddies are not just another dog in the facility. I truly feel they care for their well being and take the time to truly get to know them. That means everything. You are not the closest doggie day care - I moved two years ago - but it is well worth the drive to take Ruthie and Jasper to Camp BowWow Centennial.

The staffs at this location are caring and loving. They are observant and inform me how my dog behaves around other dogs at the daycare when I ask them. I feel they pay attention to the dogs and their wellbeing.

The front desk people are always so helpful, beyond their job description. They are kind and accommodating. You can tell everyone there loves dogs. I also love the camera features and will pay more to be able to see the pups. I have always been a fan and will continue to be a customer.
Our pups were well cared for by the wonderful gals working and were very happy when we picked them up! We’ll definitely board our pups there again.
