The staff is so welcoming and gracious to nervous pet parents. I love the puppy cams I can look at when my dogs are there. They are very caring and make sure each dog has what it needs including accepting special food and alternative meal times. I also love that they allow sibling dogs to stay together at night.
Every employee is kind, generous with their time, and professional. I feel that my poodle is well cared for whenever he is in their care.

I went in for a meet and greet for two young dogs. I was thoroughly pleased with the process from start to finish. Upon reception I was greeted by an individual who genuinly appeared to enjoy his job. In fact, all employees seemed to enjoy the job. He explained the entire process and the psychological affects of dogs interacting with each other. He assured me that my whinny baby would be OK. I am looking for not only daycare but a boarding facility as well and Camp Bow Wow is a place I would feel comfortable leaving my animals with for an extended period of time or just a day of play.

Reason I didn't give a 10 is because the owner decided to close down for the weekend in mid Dec. 2023. Giving me less then 2 days notice my boarding reservation was cancelled. This put an unwarranted stress on myself & my dog. Finding a "new" location for boarding.
I booked the reservation more than a month in advance for my family's annual holiday vacation. Unprofessional & poor business practice to give dog owners 2 days notice.
Two years ago my dog was attacked & bitten by 2 dogs (35+stitches) at our previous dog day care/boarding place.. Your lack of consideration for your customers forced me to place my dog in an unfamiliar place.
The ONLY reason I return to you location is because of the amazing staff. Now I'm very cautious about boarding in case you decide to close down with little warning.

Staff are friendly and seem to genuinely care for the dogs. I've had two dogs who have gone to CBW and they always go in eagerly so I assume they are treated well.
