Camp Bow Wow is owned by a very professional franchise lady, and her name is Michelle. The counselors are all so sweet and most important loving to " My Prince Harry ". His tail never stops wagging when he is there, because I sometimes watch the web cams to peek in on him. Thank you Michelle and to all the wonderful counselors at the Jasmine location.
The comfort my wife and I feel knowing our Jessie will be safe and well taken care of while we spend a few days out of town.

Whenever I request boarding or daycare dates via email, I always get a friendly and helpful response almost immediately. Even if y'all are booked, someone still reaches out and offers waitlist options. We love getting to watch our dogs on the camera. Our dog Roman was a pretty shy puppy, and we appreciated how patient and compassionate the staff was with him. Being at CBW has helped him come out of his shell with people and with other dogs, and we love seeing how excited he gets when we're walking up to the CBW building! Thanks for all you do!

The staff at the CBW Denver SE location is amazing! They are always so friendly when dropping off and picking up my camper and she is always excited to see them too, which tells me the love and care they give her while she is there. They have also been fantastic as I navigate the new CBW app. Several times my dogs have disappeared from the app and when I reach out to customer support, it takes them a week or two to get back to me and add them back. One phone call to the staff at CBW Denver SE and in less than 30 seconds, my pets are back on my profile and I can make reservations again.

Kennie loves coming to playcare! She has an opportunity to run (or walk) indoors & outdoors, up a ramp, into a little tunnel and socialize with other dogs, none of which are things I can provide her when I am working at the office OR in my very small second story condo. The staff is all super friendly and very accommodating!
I love that the dogs are in separate rooms based on size. I also love that I can look in to see how my pup is doing.
My only concern is the fact that someone is standing in the room with the dogs spraying them with water. I picked up my little one and she was all wet.
The employees are super sweet and the camp cameras are awesome!
