Friendly and caring

The other camps sounded bothered that I would call and try to schedule an interview. I am so glad that I called this location. They were happy to help and were very understanding. I have a neutered golden retriever who loves everyone, so I had never had a problem sending her anywhere. I would’ve given up on this franchise had it not been for this location. They were quick to respond, communicative, and my dog had a wonderful time.

They are friendly to all the dogs. The dogs all want to be petted and seem happy and content

They all do a great job! They have activities for your pets through the month. Marigold likes the pool parties. They listen to your concerns about your dog. The front desk staff with a heads up to Al, are always respectful, friendly and professional. They care about our dogs. The biggest praise is Marigold loves going there to play. I don’t have to drag her in.

I love being able to see Willow having fun on the video, and the groupings of dogs you all do. I love being able to get grooming services at the same time, and the cost for those services is very reasonable. Everyone on staff has always been very friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Camp Bow Wow and their exceptional care of my beloved Gunner, a lively black Labrador who adores every moment spent at daycare!

From the moment we arrive, the staff greet Gunner with such enthusiasm and warmth that he practically drags me through the door in excitement. The facilities are top-notch, designed perfectly for dogs to socialize, play, and just be dogs! Gunner absolutely thrives in this environment; he comes home each day tired but with a huge grin on his face, a clear sign that he's had an absolute blast.

Caring.for.someones."best friend" can't be easy, yet all the employees have been very kind and patient over the 3+.years I've taken my bull mastiff to the Centennial Bow Wow. I've never been turned away because they are "Full". They notified me when other dogs sneak in kennel cough, they'll actually call me. When my girl had her knees replaced in 2023, the group, as a hole, cared for her and kept me informed on her progress, yadda-yadda. My dog is a real service dog working as a Victims Unit companion dog and Drug & Alcohol Rehabilitation. These folks are very trustable🥳👍🏼❣️

Convenience, availability and socialization.

Spanky loves going to Camp Bow Wow not only to socialize with the other dogs but he loves the people too. Camp Bow Wow really helps Spanky with all of his extra energy and I know he is getting the play time that a young dog needs.

I've only been in once, but our puppy loves other dogs and seemed to really enjoy himself. We plan to bring him here regularly for some playtime.

We've only been once, but I really like the professional staff person who I worked with (Tate I think). She was helpful, very positive, and seemed really knowledgeable about dog behavior. I felt very comfortable leaving my dog Sasha there after meeting with her. I like that you have outdoor play areas and cameras to watch my pup play. I have no doubt after a few more visits Sasha will make lots of friends and have a great experience there.

ZuZu was fine, but every time I watched her on camera she was standing at the door waiting for something, not playing with other dogs. She semedppy, though.

The staff I have met are wonderful. They seem very loving to all the dogs that are at boarding or doggie day care and my pet always comes back exhausted which is always a bonus!
