Super friendly staff, Frida loves going and comes home nicely worn out! 10/10. Also love your hours. Used to go somewhere that closed at 6 and it was impossible for me to work out after work, your later closing time let's me go straight from work (when I can get out of there on time) to the gym and do a quick workout before getting her just before 7. And if I don't get out of work on time, I know I'm ok to stay and not worry about missing the pickup time.
Only thing I'd try to improve is occasionally (not often at all), there will only be one person at front desk in the morning and someone with a high-needs dog will be checking in with all sorts of instructions/meds/etc so there's a wait. When someone needs to walk through their dog's needs, a second person up-front to just grab the other dogs waiting to go into doggy day care would be a good call. It occasionally makes me late for work when this happens (but not often enough to make sense for me to get there early every day). This doesn't take away from my rating, just a suggestion! :)

The dogs were well cared for on their latest long stay. They love it there. Everyone is friendly. We feel our girls are truly cared for.

Friendliness
I love that you always keep me updated on how our little puppy Emily is doing on her trip. You do not have cameras in the teacup room l, but I am always sent a daily email letting me know how Emily is adapting to her stay.
Very friendly and caring staff! Clean areas for the dogs. My dog always looks forward in going to camp and always sleeps for a few days after which is a good sign knowing that she has a fun time!
Your staff was very professional and friendly. My dog came in for an interview and I really appreciated the email explaining how she did and how her day is spent while there. I feel comfortable leaving her for day camp and left with a very good impression.
We love camp bow wow! It's helped my dog come out of her shell and be more confident around other dogs. Plus she loves the people who work there!

Excellent customer service
The folks at Camp Bow Wow pay attention to our dogs and get to know each of them. They are knowledgeable about our dog's needs and likes, and are helpful on the phone, whether I call with questions, or they call me with reminders. They are our "go-to" people that make life easier!
