Amazing staff!!
We feel confident that our dog is safely being cared for by people who truly know what they are doing. Recently she spent ten days boarding. She returned home happy and content to nap more frequently for a couple of days. She was bathed and her nails cut per our request.
All in all we are grateful to have Camp Bow Wow Plymouth, MN as her home away from home!

The camp counselors at CBW Bedford Hts, OH take such great care of Eliot! When he realizes where we are going he gets so excited. I never worry about his safety and care! I always sing their praises.
Your personnel are great, very friendly and seem to like their jobs. The facility is very clean and welcoming. My shy boy does not exhibit and behavior that would lead me to believe he is scared or uncomfortable being there.
Great onboarding process ... they care about puppies/dogs & do a thorough vetting process to ensure each dog is safe and well taken care of. Very organized and A LOT of additional services--from enrichment to dog-safe treats & at-camp/home training. Very professional team & I know my dog LOVES it when he's there!!

CBW Memphis Balmoral is my dog's home away from home! The staff all know my dog by name, greet him with excitement every time he arrives, and know all of his quirks and how to handle them appropriately (like when he decides to bully the newbies at daycare...). If you're looking for a place where your pup will be happy and loved, this is it! Shoutout to this awesome team - you guys are the best!
I Love Camp Bow Wow! The people who work there sincerely love dogs. I know that my dog Minnie has an amazing time at day camp with all her friends that by the time I pick her up she is exhausted! I love the live cameras so I can watch my Minnie while I'm at work. Minnie always comes out with tails wagging. Highly recommended

We haven’t used your services other than bringing our dog in for his interview, but upon calling in to inquire about boarding, Josh was really friendly, thorough, and provided me with all the information needed. At our dog’s interview, the staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. We are looking forward to using your services in the future.
We recently toured this facility and was very impressed with the layout and the schedules for playtimes. The services that are offered are wonderful and will really benefit my dog. I am happy with the boarding services and the day camp. I am sure my dog will be really happy.

We are happy with the Daycare service and boarding arrangements. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and definitely get to know your dog! We feel our dog is safe there and enjoys the socialization with the other dogs. They are supervised to prevent any rowdiness from getting aggressive. Best of all, our dog is always excited to be there! The grooming service is very good also!
