I love that the staff are true animal lovers and it shows! My dog is very an anxious pup and one bad experience can make him terrified of a place but after years of coming he always enjoys his trips to Camp Bow Wow which speaks to how gentle they must be even when we can’t see them. So happy to have a safe place for my pup!
Staff is very friendly and helpful every time we bring our dog here. He was there for Thanksgiving and even got a Thanksgiving dinner. They sent pictures to me too.

Everyone is so kind and genuinely cares about the pets here. I know that CBW is a franchise, but it feels like a family-owned small business. I see familiar faces all the time and they know my dog.

Camp Bow Wow is friendly and welcoming, the staff knows the dogs, and it is an extremely clean environment! We love that cameras are available to check in on the dogs.

The people. Very nice and friendly. They make you feel like your dog is their dog.
I love that everyone at Camp accepts and treats Raven so well. I've encountered some "pitbull prejudice" (even though she is a silly loving puppy) from dog-centered businesses to people on the street alike, so I was apprehensive that she may not be readily welcomed by everyone at Camp, but she was greeted warmly on day one. She loves Camp and all the people. We feel so happy that Raven has such an awesome place to play and friends.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. I liked being able to see my puppy on the doggie cam.

Super friendly people and convenient
You offer so many different options for my dog. I like that you offer the different interaction sessions I can sign her up for. Or have her bathed before I pick her up. I especially like that she can go outdoors! With her being just a pup and totally housebroken I didn’t want to confuse her.
