I had a surprise visit to the ER and needed to drop the pup off with no notice. They immediately took care of him and he was very happy when I picked him up the next morning, and this is a dog that suffers from significant separation anxiety as I work from home and he’s rarely away from me.

Great service and care for Lulu, our Old English Sheepdog. She comes every Sunday and many days throughout the year. All the staff recognize her and treat her like family.
My dog always has a blast when he is there! The staff is so friendly and loving of my pup. They are attentive and careful while allowing the dogs to play! The cameras are a nice feature to see my dog having a blast throughout the day.

Baby loves it here, it's one of her favorite places. The people are always so nice and recognize her on sight when I bring her in. They're always attentive if I have a concern, such as her recent nervousness after a dog attack (a foster dog we were housing). I also appreciate that the Nashville branch allows me to drop her off without a reservation as I don't always know I'll need to until shortly before I do. I always recommend Camp Bow Wow to anyone looking for a daycare.

My dogs are happy! We feel that the staff is very engaged with Poppy and Hunter. The flexibility of availability is outstanding!
The staff is incredibly friendly. We could tell they love their job, and they love dogs! I like that Lucy was able to play in a controlled environment with other dogs her size. Other places have left her in her kennel all day and night except when I have paid extra for 30 minutes of playtime. My opinion is that dogs need socialization for their mental health, and not locked in a cage 23 hours a day in a strange place.
I REALLY like the concept of the “interview” process. It’s a great idea to see how a dog is going to act before dropping them off for an extended stay. No other place we have boarded her did this.

The friendly people including their positive and proactive attitude, the wonderful care my dog is provided, and the clean and safe environment. Every time I see any dog going into the camp, they are all to excited to entire with excitement and tails wagging. And every time I see a dog going home at the end of their stay, their friendly, calm, wagging their tails, and in some cases, the dogs don’t want to go home.

Our dogs came down with Conjunctivitis while we were on vacation and the staff contacted us, took both dogs to our vet, treated them with medication and kept us informed the whole way. We were super impressed. Thanks for taking such great care of our pups!

The most friendly staff and very watchful of the dogs. We are very confident when we leave our dog at Camp Bow Wow Strongsville that she is well taken care of. And the place is super clean! So glad we found Camp Bow Wow!
