The staff at the McHenry store are knowledgeable and super helpful if I have questions.
Everyone is very friendly, and knowledgeable about dog care and behavior. I also love the option to have the dogs bathed/nails cut while they are at camp. Plus the extra activities they do are so cute. I always know my pups are in good hands and will come home worn out!
We love the "no reservation required" daycare policy. When Bindi has extra energy to burn, we know that we can drop her off and she'll come home exhausted. She's been coming to Bow Wow since she was 7 months old. As an almost 1 year old, she's learned a lot of important socialization and appropriate play skills at Bow Wow over the last few months.
As a former doggy daycare/boarding facility staff member, I know how chaotic it can be "behind the scenes" and really appreciate all of the hard work the Bow Wow staff do to keep our pup happy and safe.

The employees have become our family! They love all of the fur babies! It makes our heart so full! We love Camp Bow Wow and our fur baby loves it even more when seeing his friends!

I like that a human is consistently in with the pups. I was concerned with the drinking water supply for the pups. Other than that, I like it all!

Staff is friendly. I can check in on my dog at any time. Additional grooming and boarding services are available. The best part, my husky is happy and worn out when I pick him up.

Camp is great my dog had been going there since shortly after they opened. They treat him like family!
My dog is happy at Camp Bow Wow. He can't wait to get out of the car and run in to play with his dog friends. I know he had a good day because when he gets home he is tired from playing.

Duke seems to really like going. He comes home exhausted. I like that I can check on him via the web-cam. I like that you offer full service, for example I can have him get a bath while he is there. I LOVE the hours. It’s helpful that I don’t have to rush out of work to pick him up. I can take my time.

Personalized care. Lovely staff. They reassured this helicopter doggie-mommie so I actually left the building AND didn't stay watching the cam all day!
My little Princess Lily-Marie Bean Stefaniw-Gottlieb has been a bit shy but I saw them (yes play yard cam-but only 1 hours) go over & give her sweet "it's ok" pats. She loves the staff and tries following them around. Just like every other dog in there does... when they're not playing.
We have been very happy with the daycare at camp bow wow Westlake! Everyone has been so wonderful and my dog loves it.
It's very convenient. We are also looking into boarding and I chose Camp Bow Wow over other places because my dog can play all day in daycare.
