I just love how our Louie can play with the dogs and not be caged up most of the time. The cameras are amazing to watch him in the play yard and see him having fun. The front desk workers are wonderful and make me feel very at ease to leave him.

The staff at Camp Bow Wow treat my dog so well and give him so much love and attention. Whenever we arrive, Waylon walks himself right to the door and is ready to back to where the fun is. They screen all of the dogs, so even though Waylon is not accustomed to being as social as he is while he is there, aggressive behavior from other dogs is not a concern. I also like to be able to check in on him using the online cameras. Finally, their rates are reasonable and hours of operation are convenient for my boarding needs.

We would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow, Shelby Twp. The facility is clean and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. We like how we can watch our dogs play during their stay on the cameras. Our dogs always return home happy and well cared for. The groomer has done a nice job when we have used those services as well!

I love Bow Wow. I know my dog has a great time there! They know her as soon as I walk in the door. It’s an easy place to take her to get a bath or just drop her off for a half day or full day of daycare when we have plans to be out all day long! And I know she’s getting loved on if we drop her off for boarding which makes the decision and the details so much easier when doing a trip!

And the fact that you offer grooming services on top of everything else! Thank you for a wonderful overnight stay. We are definitely coming back for daycare and more overnights!

I love the flexibility to walk in for a day visit. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The facility looks good and you have attendants in with the dogs.

I liked how accommodating and friendly the staff was. It was very easy to schedule an interview and schedule our dogs' stay. The staff took good care of our dogs and gave them the medication they needed. The pricing is higher, and we weren't notified during the stay that one of our dogs wasn't eating, but it was a short stay and our dogs had a good experience so we'll definitely be back.

I absolutely adore Camp Bow for several reasons. Firstly, the staff is incredibly friendly and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere. You can tell they genuinely enjoy their work, which reflects in the way they care for the dogs. They take exceptional care of my furry friend and always provide a detailed report during pick-up time. The cleanliness of the camp is also noteworthy, making it a safe and comfortable environment for all the dogs. My beloved pet eagerly looks forward to returning to Camp Bow to have a blast playing with his furry pals!

what needs improvement: staff to check instructions from customer for dog meal. In my case, the vegetables provided to staff were not given to the dogs. Veggies still in container and should've been gone. Extra can of veggies not open.
