I was really happy with my experience. liked how friendly everyone I came in contact was. I appreciated that daycare was included so my dogs weren't just boarded the whole time and it was great to see them on camera. All day boarding can be a little too much for my boys, so I appreciated that you gave them extra rest periods as well.

I love that my dogs are greeted by name when they walk into camp. The employees are so friendly with them and they inform me of all information needed immediately. They get checked in timely and I love the access of the video feed so I can watch my dogs play (or sniff).

Friendly staff, I don't have to worry about my dog having fun or not getting attention. The grooming is top notch. And I love that there is someplace safe for my dog to go when we go out of town.
Staff is very friendly and my dog loves going there. My only critique is the last time I took him there the place smelled terrible. The odor clung to my dog for days after he came home. It didn’t go away until I have him a bath.

I love you don't require reservations. Bow Wow is a tool to keep my pet socialize as he always gets hyper excited when he sees another dog on our walks, but he does much better on our walks after a day at Bow Wow. All of the personal have been very sweet and helpful!
The staff is amazing! I like how I can watch the live stream. ( I am not sure how to keep it from happening, but the only thing I would change was the laying in pee my dog seems to do. Every time he comes home from camp, I have to give him a bath) He would definitely come more often if I didn't have to bathe him each time.

Our pup LOVES this place! She said the staff is very attentive and she loves playing with all her friends. Any time we drop her off she always bursts through the door ready to play and someone greets her by name and is generous with the ear-scratches. Two paws up!

I like the staff and the arrangements. I like that my dog (weather permitting) can go in and out. Also like they get a break for lunch. The cameras give my husband something to do in the waiting rooms.....
