CBW Memphis Balmoral is my dog's home away from home! The staff all know my dog by name, greet him with excitement every time he arrives, and know all of his quirks and how to handle them appropriately (like when he decides to bully the newbies at daycare...). If you're looking for a place where your pup will be happy and loved, this is it! Shoutout to this awesome team - you guys are the best!
I Love Camp Bow Wow! The people who work there sincerely love dogs. I know that my dog Minnie has an amazing time at day camp with all her friends that by the time I pick her up she is exhausted! I love the live cameras so I can watch my Minnie while I'm at work. Minnie always comes out with tails wagging. Highly recommended

We haven’t used your services other than bringing our dog in for his interview, but upon calling in to inquire about boarding, Josh was really friendly, thorough, and provided me with all the information needed. At our dog’s interview, the staff was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. We are looking forward to using your services in the future.
We recently toured this facility and was very impressed with the layout and the schedules for playtimes. The services that are offered are wonderful and will really benefit my dog. I am happy with the boarding services and the day camp. I am sure my dog will be really happy.

I was in the hospital for over 2 months and they made sure that my Gemma had a place to stay over the holidays.She had some health issues and Joe and Roxanne went out of their way to get her to a vet for medication. They have been a blessing for me and poor Gemma over the holiday season. They even cooked for her when she refused to eat! I don't know what I would have done if they had not taken such good care of my girl. It put my mind at rest while I was stuck in rehab and gave me some time to heal.In my book, Camp BowWow needs to be highly recommended for the love and care they give all the dogs.

Staff is caring and knowledgeable. The screening process made me very comfortable that all the dogs will get along and will be safe.
I enjoyed the feedback/report card for my dog as this was her first experience with a dog daycare. The camera views gave me peace of mind as well. The staff was very excited to see her and made me feel at ease leaving her for the day.
