The best thing that I can say about ServiceMaster of Newark is that "THEY GET IT". They understand and they conduct themselves with understanding. As homeowners who had endured a bit of a catastrophe (major water damage to the kitchen and finished basement beneath it), we needed a restoration / mitigation service that wouldn't add stress and tension to a situation that already had too much of both. Again, ServiceMaster (Mr. Miles, Mr. Ahab & team) totally got that point.
