What do you like about our restoration services?

I would HIGHLY recommend ServiceMaster of Newark. Although, my first experience with ServiceMaster of Brandywine was horrible. My insurance company contacted the Brandywine branch soon after our home caught on fire. I received a phone call from ServiceMaster of Brandywine later that evening. The next morning “Big John” and his assistant came and placed air scrubbers in my home. The air scrubbers sat in my home for over a week! No one came to clean. The lack of communication, poor professionalism, and unacceptable work habits should not be tolerated. I made multiple attempts to reach “Big John”. Finally, my adjuster was successful in contacting the Brandywine branch. He was told “someone” should be onsite working. No one came to work, clean, or remove items. No one showed up. Eight days later, my adjuster contacted ServiceMaster of Newark. I must say, we were extremely apprehensive. Later that afternoon, I received a phone call from Mike Miles. I was advised by Mike that he had already spoken to the contractor and my adjuster. Mike scheduled a meeting at the home to do an assessment and provide a plan. Immediately, my concerns were put to ease. Within 3 days, my house was empty! A few days later cleaning was completed and our home was ready for the contractors. Mike provided me with updates every 48hrs! ServiceMaster of Newark should be the only branch State Farm should refer their clients to. I would also like to recognize and express my gratitude to a few of the ServiceMaster of Newark’s employees: Brandon, Kevin Knotts, Ahab Zobani, Silvia Perez, Jake Anderson and Dan Johnson. These individuals were professional, prompt, dedicated, and expressed pride in their jobs. Many thanks to the ServiceMaster of Newark! Mike Miles and his team are phenomenal!

We haven't gotten most of our stuff back yet, but our initial meeting with your team was very pleasant. Everyone was sympathetic to our situation, and very friendly. I had zero expectations going in (I've never experienced a fire) and your team went above and beyond any expectations I could have had.
