Post assessment was supposed to take a week for the report and ended up well over two weeks. Had to call 3 times on status of where assessment was, without much resolution. Clear communication on when results will be provided and uploaded is important when people are putting out $10,000’s of their own money out of pocket before being able to submit grant and loan requests. Maybe there were circumstances that delayed this process, but clear communication is important.
Punctual, professional and very informative about home issues and ways to improve. Highly recommended. Money well spent.

Reg Deck was our Inspector and from the moment we met him, it was clear that he was very knowlegable and thorough professional. He spent about 2.5 hours doing the inspection and welcomed us joining him to show us what he was looking at, considerations and any concerns. He explained the tools and equipment he was using and took very detailed information for his final report. He also came with a great deal of tools and equipment to ensure he could get into every nook and cranny like the crawlspace and roof.
We got a summary of his findings verbally and he followed up very promptly with the written report. We felt very confident moving forward with our home purchase.
Mr. Deck is a wonderful representative for your organization. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone wanting to do a home inspection.
