He was very knowledgeable. He took the extra time to be detailed oriented and ensure he was thorough. He went over every important detail slowly in person to ensure I understood the quality of the home and maintenance needed. Definitely the best inspector I have ever hired.

As a ReaItor, I always recommend them as I know that they are detail oriented, knowledgeable and will take the time to explain things to my clients in a way that is helpful not only at the home inspection but will also take time to arrange a call anytime afterwards to go through their detail rich digital report. The inspector was very thorough and took the time to explain every small detail. At the end of the inspection, he went over the detailed binder he was leaving with us which was extremely helpful.
