But my first complaint ever. Bring BACK the old beer cheese. That new stuff is like dipping chips in warm thick, repeat thick, goop.
Friendliness of the employees from the hostess to the server and or bartender. Everyone is very efficient and knowledgeable of the menu. I always enjoy the food and the service!!!

We love East Coast Wings! The food is great, and the staff is wonderful! Hey corporate, listen to the manager Andy; he has good ideas, from experience. If you do not listen to the people who are in the restaurant every day, you will fail. Making decisions from a removed environment of invalid confidence will ensure failure. We have seen this location fail and then try again. Do not let this happen once more. ECW in Johnson City has all the potential in the world. Listening to advice and suggestions is not a weakness; it's a strength. When you think you know it all, especially more than those who are there in the locale day in and out, then you have inflated your sense of knowledge and importance. My family and I go there EVERY week, because of the people and the food...make no mistake that when you do not listen to them and their suggestions from on the job EXPERIENCE you will fail. Is that your goal? Even the large corporation, Eastman Chemical welcomes advice and on the job knowledge from their employees, no matter their level or title, and they are a successful company. We love music at the local East Coast Wings...it's something Buffalo Wild Wings does not offer. Our Wild Wing Cafe offers it, and ask them how it helps their business! Your local employees and manager get first-hand feedback from customers like my family and I. If they pass it on, do not take a "we know more than you" stance. The customers know what they want...and they are the ones paying. Right?! Listen to those who deliver our messages. The Johnson City locale has made a great comeback...but if you listen to them, it could be much BETTER.

The food is so good and the staff is very friendly. The bartender Randy knows how to mix just about any drink you can think up. This is at the kingsport TN location
The wings were very warm and fresh. I love lots of sauce and I was pleased with the amount that was provided. The waitress was very attentive and sweet.
I like the chicken sandwich with the potato chips. The lunch specials are excellent and a great price. My server yesterday was very good.

We came in late, which we hate to do, but couldn't make it in earlier. The girl that greeted us was less than enthusiatic and told us "we close in 10 minutes". However all that negativity changed when Randy started taking care of us. He was welcoming and wonderful. He told us not to rush eating and to take our time and enjoy.our meal. What a true asset to your business. We did enjoy our meal and appreciated that someone seemed to appreciate our business. Hated to keep anyone late but appreciated a delicious meal and warm welcoming serrvice..Thanks Randy!
