Even though it was am unusually busy night, the staff was attentive and made sure we were served as quickly as possible. Randy was, as always, a fantastic bartender. The food came as ordered and was delicious!

Everything ! Super great food, good service, clean restaurant and restroom. ECW has been my favorite Kingsport restaurant since my first visit there several years. Servings are more than adequate and I usually have to take part of my order home, prices are very reasonable (draft beer is a little high but the food servings make up for that). Will be back soon.

The food is always amazing! Staff are very welcoming and make you feel like you’re at home. Suzanne is a phenomenal waitress. She’s consistent, considerate, and energetic. I generally frequent this restaurant at least once a week because I like it that much.

Our experience at lunchtime was great.
Last 4 visits were great. The most recent visit was not good (4/3/2021). Wings were tasteless not much sauce or flavor. We Ordered extra hot and it tasted like bottle bbq sauce no heat. We love east coast wings but the inconsistent food is not a good thing.
