Food was ready on time and tasted amazing. Had to go in for the curbside order however, but staff were probably busy.
Love the new gravy fries, but still hate that the tacos only come with 2 tacos instead of the 3 that it used to be.

Food is always great, the only complaint I can give is the sweet potato fries were a little burnt around the edges (crispy is understandable) but mine were black, burnt and made it harder to eat. I just decided not to get them anymore but still love the drunken apple wings. Its always a clean friendly environment.

Great food!! Great service and reasonable prices. Love the Santa Fe Quesadilla, their salads and their burgers. Oh and the wings are awesome!!
The Manager Shane, the service & food is always exceptional! Would really like to see the wing flavor Buffalo dry rub back on the menu as an option along with the spinach dip with pita chips! We love East Coast in Kingsport!

I enjoy the manager Shane effort to make sure experience is excellent. Randy at bar is always working hard to make sure everyone has drinks and food. If don't visit East cost you are missing out on one of best restaurants in Tri Cities.
