This restaurant consistently provides friendly service and great food! Chicken wings and tenders cooked perfectly. The sweet harvest apple flavor has a delicious spicy kick to it. Salad cold and crispy, the best in town.

We go to East Coast frequently just for wings. The wings are large and cooked just right every time. They have multiple flavors that anyone can find something they will like. The buffalo chicken lettuce wraps are also very tasty and great for a low carb diet. The sauce is not too hot, just the right amount of heat and great flavor.

I have enjoyed East Coast Wings for so many years. I love their food, the many wing choices, and the staff and management at ECW in Kingsport are great. Shane has been the manager for years there, he is always personable with his customers. I have seen him do many jobs there, everything from seating people to cooking. You dont fine that kind of people very often. ECW has been my favorite restaurant for a long time! They strive to their very best!

The food is always great, lots of healthy choices to choose from, being diabetc and all, great service always, and always plenty of seating.
I'm not sure what date this is about since I enjoy the food/beverages and fine service every visit. Shane, Jennifer, Payton, Kayla, Brooke, and Susanne are all very good at what they do and the service that they provide. A big shout out to Scotty and the kitchen crew too.
The food is great , I really wish they would bring back the mango and peach flavors for the wings they were awesome Clean staff is very nice. In top of the nice atmosphere and food awesome music
My husband and I frequently eat at the Kingsport location. The staff and service are outstanding. However, we feel like the bar area isn’t big enough to service the amount of people that would like to eat there. Many times we have pulled in and left because there’s just not enough seating in the bar area. We have heard for about a year that there would be a remodel, which would be fabulous! I would encourage the owner to expand the bar area as that is where most people prefer to be seated. I’m sure others feel the same way as us. It’s a great restaurant and has so much potential for much more business.

We have used East Coast Wings for catering our class for the past 9 years. The food, the service and the consistent communication were all amazing as always. Can't say enough about Shane and his crew. Whatever you are paying them, it's not enough. If you want an awesome catering experience, call on the folks at East Coast Wings in Kingsport!!!

Randy and Shane are great they know their products take time to,talk with you . I would recommend ECW to people to come and try a big thanks to the staff for knowing the product and the way they take care of the customer. Way to go ECW crew.
