The food is good but they mess up my togo orders sometimes. Ordered cheese and bacon fries and then gave me regular fries. I order the quesadillas a lot and they don’t add the sour cream and salsa almost half the time.
We love ECW!! We discovered ours in Kingsport, TN about 2 months ago and have enjoyed the chips, margaritas, chicken salads and burgers… the servers each time were friendly and knowledgeable about all the wonderful food and drinks. We will definitely keep going and it has become one of our favorite go-to places to eat.

The 1st thing I think of is value. The lunch salad is my favorite, 2nd wing night, and 3rd $3 banquet beers. I eat out most meals so yours would rank fair as far as frequency. The wings and salad are always consistent, yet the pup chips are sometimes soggy from either being too thick of cut or dropping too many at once. The bartenders are great most servers as well, but there is a dud. I enjoy the patio yet my wife got rust stains on her skirt last time. The mens room smells horrible. I feel like there is sewer gas vented into there. I almost forgot to mention the Buffalo chicken sandwich. This is also one of my go to meals. Great job guys keep it up.
