It was a great feeling that I could absolutely trust the ServiceMaster associates
to work in my mother's condominium without any fears that the workers would be disrespectful of her belongings. What a wonderful bunch of people! I cannot praise

Service Master employees paid attention to details and made efforts to make it easy and painless for the customer. Their explanations and sympathy helped to ease my tension during a stressful time, and they listened and responded to my wishes and concerns.
I wrote the above that you could use for the company. As Amber may recall, I suggested to her that they have a ziplock bag or something to put every screw and other pieces of hardware that customer may want to reuse when restoring the area--ie. custom screws, toilet parts, etc.

We recently had sopme significant water damage in our home. Our insurance company, State Farm, sent Service Master to us. Justin, Johnny, Jeremy and Sean were like the "cavalry", coming to rescue us. They had great customer service and were very professional. They assessed the damage and got right to work. They stayed with us for five days until the job was done. We are most appreciative of their services in our time of need.
