The team did a thorough cleaning for the first deep clean, which our house really needed. I felt like they cared about the house and the end result. They explained areas that were going to need some continued extra attention over the next regular cleanings (although even the toughest areas were vastly improved). I was totally satisfied, and happy, and grateful after the first cleaning from Fatima and Nancy.
