Diana and Ortencia are a delight. They meet me at the door with big, bright smiles!! They always ask if anything special is needed. The kitchen sinks shine, as do the toilets. I have one handicapped toilet that requires a bit more attention, which the girls complete happily!!
I highly recommend Merry Maids, and the 2 members of my team. The ladies that work in the office are always helpful with changes in scheduling, and/or changes of personnel. I appreciate their efforts to make things workable.

My cleaning crew does a very good job and I am pleased with them. The products are good. However, as I am on a septic tank, I do ask them to use my products that are septic friendly which they do not have a problem with that. Your products are great as long as nothing goes down the drain.

Merry Maids was willing to come by the house to make a more accurate quote for the deep clean service we needed. They did a great job cleaning the house. The tiled floor was the only thing that left us a little disappointed was the the grout was not scrubbed as we asked that it be done. We knew it would take longer to do this job and mentioned this. Other than that, we were please with the service and will have them back again next week to do a quick 2 hour dusting. Thank you!

I am a long-time Merry Maids client and they have always been professional and courteous to me. Their cleaners are excellent. I have had Jessica cleaning for me for over a year and have always found her to be detail-oriented, and a talented cleaner. She follows directions perfectly and always does a great job.
