The cleaning guy was professional and friendly! One of my dogs are protective and is all bark no bite. The cleaning guy was very patient and kind toward him. I felt that our couch and love seat were throughly cleaned and I’m overall very pleased with the service. I will say, my pets haven’t been on the couch since the service, and there’s a few areas that still have pet odor smell. Other than that, 10/10

Eric did an INCREDIBLE job! He was so precise and detail oriented. Very friendly and communicated with me very well. My carpet hasn’t looked this good since we had it put in! And no sticky film on it when they were done. Definitely only use Zerorez and will ask for Eric every time.
