The guys have been polite and professional both times I’ve used them.
But I noticed in our office area , he didn’t get up some animal droppings spot . It wasn’t a pet stain, it was literally dried droppings

I have always received expedient and courteous service. The last technician, Will Koscher, was especially kind as he took a few extra moments to meet my shelter dogs who are very stressed by strangers in the home. This made for a much less traumatic carpet cleaning! Thank you, Will!
