Quickly cleaned the two rooms' carpets. Cleaned the carpets without crunchy soap left behind. Friendly technition was very good to work with.
Both times I have used you to have my carpet cleaned, I have been impressed with how friendly the workers have been and the great job they do getting up spots. Also, it seems to dry much faster than with other companies I have used in the past which is great for us because I have kids and a dog that hate it when I don't let them walk on wet carpet.

I wish I could remember the associate's name, but he was extraordinarily professional and friendly. He took the time to view each room and thoroughly evaluate the job. He explained what he'd be doing and offered suggestions for cleaning my hardwood floors. Upon completion, he asked me to walk through the house to make sure I was satisfied with the work. He explained what to expect after the carpets were dry and made sure all of my questions were answered. He was meticulous, courteous, and an absolute pleasure to work with. The work was outstanding and I hope when I use Zerorez in the future that I will have the pleasure of working with him again. Thank you for such a wonderful job and for the outstanding service I received. I couldn't be happier!

I heard your ad on my local radio station. I HAD stains on my carpet from dog vomit when my dog was very sick. We had a different company clean the carpets last year but the stains were still there. Zerorez came on Friday 8/20/15. The stains are completely gone! The carpet is clean and smells wonderful. The technician who did the work was friendly, professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I recommend Zerorez very highly.
The actual cleaning was done in a timely and quick manner. Erik was on time and came back out to do some extra spot treating the next day. Very satisified. Looks great!
