We really liked that the carpet felt soft under foot instead of stiff. Our carpet is old and we were really impressed that it felt so good. It dried quickly and didn't have any chemical smell. Jon was on time, worked quickly and was very personable.

The process used by Zerorez eliminates most of the residue left behind by other carpet cleaners. Also, the technicians were very adept and helpful.

Very courteous and my carpets should be replaced, because they were so filthy,. but I can't afford to do it. But I am pleased at the way my carpet looks. I can live with it for quite a while. Thank you for the good job.
