The thing I like most is that you don't use chemicals. My carpets were clean and soft with nothing weird left behind. And my tech, Austin, was amazing. He was clean, courteous, punctual and explained the entire process to me. While he did show me all my options and made suggestions on additional services, there was no high pressure sales pitch like with most other companies. I've already recommended you guys to my friends!

I have used Zerorez in Georgia and South Carolina; and now here in Oklahoma. I am fussy about not wanting to use soaps and detergents which seem to stay in the carpet and then attract more dirt. I don't know how they do it with just "special" water but I love the CLEAN of Zerorez and do not hesitate to recommend them!!
