ServiceMasters was the best. They were able to help me late at night with a burst pipe and water damage, and were there first thing to help. They explained everything step by step, worked directly with my home insurance, and were at my house daily ensuring the drying and cleaning were coming along timely. The pack out team was awesome moving all of our items out of the basement and storing them for us. The techs did the demolition work fast and were able to save so much of the property. We would have lost so much more if they weren’t able to help so quickly 24/7. Nate, Lamar, and their team were professional, personable, and highly skilled; they did an amazing job.

I have been so impressed by the crew that has been dealing with me and all the possessions. From the beginning I was looking at all of my belongings being covered in soot or so close to the fire that they were destroyed. The crew kept my spirits up, talked honestly about what was and wasn't salvageable and seemed to take a lot of care. They let me tell them about little stories behind some of the items that we were going through. Eilene has kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. When things started coming back into the house after cleaning, the crew was careful to put the items in the rooms that they came out of making it easier for me to unpack and put into the right place. They did the heavy lifting. I have been amazed that they were able to clean up some of the items to the point that you would never know that they had been in a fire. I quickly grew to not only respect, but cherish these people for their help and kindness.
