I have been so impressed by the crew that has been dealing with me and all the possessions. From the beginning I was looking at all of my belongings being covered in soot or so close to the fire that they were destroyed. The crew kept my spirits up, talked honestly about what was and wasn't salvageable and seemed to take a lot of care. They let me tell them about little stories behind some of the items that we were going through. Eilene has kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. When things started coming back into the house after cleaning, the crew was careful to put the items in the rooms that they came out of making it easier for me to unpack and put into the right place. They did the heavy lifting. I have been amazed that they were able to clean up some of the items to the point that you would never know that they had been in a fire. I quickly grew to not only respect, but cherish these people for their help and kindness.
