I enjoy the comfortable environment and professional and personal service every time I'm there.
Only 1 complaint;on my last visit on March 25th I did not receive the hair cut I had asked for and I am not satisfied with it. It's not like I can take it back. I just ask that the next time I come in, I have the cut that I ask for as I have been accustomed to in the past.

Not sure about the product however the staff was amazing. Nellie was definitely cheerful and very patient with my questions. She provided the utmost service that I will be referring to all my family and friends. Keep up the amazing service! Thank you.

For our first time - I really like how it was all explained, without a hard sell. Caroline and Jodie nailed it. IT was me and my two sons, and you have just earned repeat customers on our first visit (We had the MVP).
