The service was fast, friendly and efficient, and I liked how Jessica (the person helping me) walked me through all the promotions and services offered.
The atmosphere. Sit back, relax and watch a baseball game while you wait. The only think missing is a coffee machine.
Fast service. The "No Wait" sign is helpful. It's nice to be able to watch sports as my hair gets cut.

Great concept and idea.
All Hair Stylists are very knowledgeable & friendly. Good assortment of products.
Only complaint is sometimes there is too much waiting and there needs to be more stylists available during peak hours. Should have someone to monitor the front desk as stylists are doing that instead which adds to waiting time.
