- All the staff & instructors are SO Warm, welcoming, not intimidating. During a session the teachers are understanding, patient, and kind and know exactly when to push you to stretch deeper, and when to not call out your name because you just can't bend a certain way. I love the sweet warm energy. It's sincere, and shows that they believe and love what they do as a lifestyle. It's motivating.
- The space itself is a clean, beautiful studio. Love the "Tent" like changing area; sitting area as well with yoga books and magazines.
