Lotis is fantastic. She pays attention to a lot of little details that make me look better when I come out of there. Probably the best haircuts and beard trims I've ever had.
There was also a good, friendly tone from the staff in general towards customers but also towards each other. I changed barbers because the tone changed at the last place and I find it difficult to support a place where people aren't happy working.
They’re very kind people, the barber did an awesome job, I love my pixie haircut. It was very fast better than any other hair salons.
I was impressed with the nice clean look of the shop and the quality and care of the hair cutting experience. The wash before the cut was pleasantly unexpected. Great service, gentleman on front desk had called me back. I was looking for an apt at a certain time but the waitlist wasn’t at that time frame when I called. When the waitlist got to that time, the gentleman remembered and called me back to book my kids in. Very surprised he took the time to call and went out of his way. Don’t see that kind of service everywhere!
I appreciate the attention to detail and the customer service I get at the Okotoks Tommy Guns. Tessa has always looked after me well and does a fantastic job. Her attention to detail is great and I never feel like the hair cut is rushed which happens a lot at other establishments. The rest of the staff seem friendly and personable, again something you don’t always get at other places. It’s always clean at this location and well organized as well. I plan on using this location for as long as I am in Okotoks.
