The young lady who did my shave and head on April 29th by far exceeded my expectations. As I had just been informed of my terminal illness. It was almost like she knew of my diagnosis, which she didn’t.
I should note that I never been anywhere to get a shave since my wedding day August 19th, 1972, so when I left your establishment I felt like a million dollars after I had my shaves, despite my diagnosis.
Her professionalism, degree of thoroughness, ability, and client focus was exemplary. To me she is example of what Tommy Guns wants in their staff.

But most important to me is the young lady gets to see its contents.
I certainly hope I am able to go and get another shave at Tommy Guns while I’m able.

Friendly and customer pleasing staff!
I took my 5 year old grandson there, we had never been before. He’s very nervous about haircuts and his barber was excellent. He’s quite the talker and she heard his whole life experience of day care and kindergarten in September and all of his friends. She was so patient and kind. Will definitely go back.
