Yu came right away when we called to start the process. There were a few issues but they were brought to the attention of the person in charge of cleanup and dealt with. We did notice after everyone left there is a small dent in the downstairs bathroom that was not there earlier.
I was VERY happy to have a quick and professional response to my negative survey response. By the time the service technician left my house I felt fully reassured that the carpet/pad in the far corners of my basement were not wet from water seepage I believed had happened while waiting for my insurance company to approve removal of the wet materials. He recommended a good humidity level for the basement and ideas on how to achieve that level with the use of fans and central placement of my dehumidifier. I am a very happy camper at this time. THANK YOU for taking good care of me!!
