I like the friendly attitude of Tara that I dealt with in the office. I thought servicemaster did an excellent job in cleaning up, and the area looks great.
Response time was very quick and service personnel on site were generally careful and took time to explain their process. They also were good about calling with updates until their work was complete.
I did want to mention that a request for paperwork from your office came via e-mail with no address for its return. Just a suggestion for improvement: Either include mailing address on such requests or supply a form which can be completed electronically.
