I attended my first yoga class ever on Sunday and it’s safe to say I was pretty anxious. As soon as I arrived I was met and greeted by Leo who immediately put me at ease. Throughout the class he was fantastic at helping me my position and giving advice whilst the class continued to flow for all the other participants. I left feeling empowered (and exhausted!), I can’t wait to return!

Leo and Mandy are hands down the best yogis in London. You can feel their passion for sharing their experience and love of yoga. They are incredibly kind and generous with all their clients, whether you can headstand or barely touch your toes. I feel grateful and blessed every time I get to practice with them.❤️

Number of classes and locations available. Now the time to cancel classes has improved it also makes it much easier to fit classes in where possible without worrying about having to cancel.

My class was a smaller group and incorporated stretching and meditation. It was perfect for me as I have a old injury so the yogi could advise me and help with this smaller class. Good clear instruction.There were shower facilities too. I am a commuter so this is important as don’t live near by. It would be good if we were allowed a locker if there are some free. After class maybe for those wanting a shower only.. bit inconvenient to hang a hand bag outside the shower and bit risky without a locker.

It was a great class, well delivered by the instructor (the founder) and also view, unsurprisingly, was excellent. Good poses, and good pace too. Also impressive how he remembered individual names :) well done!

Really good class

I absolutely love this class - the venue is incomparable and the 7am sunrise class is a perfect start to the day.

The classes are great and really varied. The teachers push you but there is also the option to stop/ease up if it's too much! The halls/gyms are also really nice environments with great changing facilities.
