Just what I expect from a yoga class. No big fuss.
Quiet, pleasant place.
Clear explanations (though at the beg. of the class M was speaking so quietly it was a bit hard to hear her especially for new comers).
To me postures are to be kept for quite a while and it's key to be given several options, based on how supple we are.

the uniqueness of the venue

I loved everything! I thought the teacher was good and that there were two instructors so you could always see what was going on. I thought it was very smooth (only had to queue for a few minutes) it also felt luxurious and a treat and the staff were very friendly. The views were incredible too and the fact it was open air. Definitely will recommend and blog about this! :)

well, location was excellent (Shard) ad also the trainer was really good dealing with a group of people with mixed levels of experience.

Booking system is easy, very friendly people, and the classes are adjusted based on participant's ability or even the weather, so that the class tasks are achievable but still challenging.

Unique, fun and efficient

The session I attend on a Thursday - the pace is ideal, with time to relax and meditate, so doesn't feel rushed like many other classes I've attended. Mandy has a real knack for guiding mindful body/mind awareness with her voice.

I like the style of the classes; that I actually feel like I have done some proper exercise. I tend to attend Leo's classes which I particularly enjoy because of the humour he injects into the classes.

The teachers with Yogasphere are fantastic and the support team is excellent. Every query I have had has been promptly responded to and the team at Yogasphere seem to go out of their way to be helpful and make your experience enjoyable!

I have tried yoga on a few occasions before and did not see the benefits, but some friends insisted it was the best thing on earth so I decided to try again, and I can see what they mean now. I love it, I am so happy I found Yogasphere. I leave a class feeling inner strength with a relaxed mind. I couldn't be happier.

The instructor was good and the booking process was simple. The venue was nice (apart from difficulty with the lockers)

Meditation, relaxed approach of the teacher

Mandee is a fantastic teacher that eases newbies into yoga without making it feel impossible but is also able to challenge more advanced yogis!

Mandy and Leo are great yoga teachers. Both really passionate about yoga. They explain the postures and theory really well. And take care with any specific issues their students have. They are also funny and jovial, making the classes fun too. The Albany Street Club is a cool location. I have never done yoga in a converted church with stained glass windows!

Unique experience - As a beginner I enjoyed a lot, the atmosphere created by Leo and Mandy is very different that what I experienced previously and the environment is just astonishing. It is a must to try for all yogi people in London!

I loved Yoga @ The Shard on Saturday. I travelled from Gloucestershire & it was well worth the extremely early start. Genius venue + it is obvious that you absolutely LOVE what you are doing. I wish you every success & hope to practice with you again very soon! Namaste Karen Miller

Very friendly and helpful instructor who appeared to structure and pace the class to suit everyone's age and ability. Really enjoyed my stretches and relaxation in such a pleasant location - soon forgot everyone was at least 30 years younger than I am and managed to keep up with them much to my delight.

Friendly, kind and smiling. Feel confortable and completely relaxed even if it was my first class.
