Christian Brothers Automotive really came through by being available to diagnose and repair my car immediately. The service was phenomenal! I was stuck out of town on business and other dealerships and repair shops were backlogged 4-5 days. I dropped my car off late Wednesday and it was repaired by early Thursday afternoon. A courtesy shuttle to my hotel and from my client to the shop to pick up my car made this one of the best repair experiences that I’ve had! No issues whatsoever in driving back from Tulsa to Chicago!

Efficient, timely, friendly and honest.

I loved that I was taken care of. I had large jobs done to my car and they made sure to let me know that their priority was to get the problem fixed and me on my way. Their inspection report was none like I’d seen before. It helped me understand the problems & I appreciated their transparency with me on what was urgent & what jobs needed future attention. Their shuttle service helped me out a lot! They were very kind in getting me where I needed to go for the day, even when I accidentally gave a wrong address. I did have to come back afterward because my car’s light came on again. But under their warranty they took a 2nd look at their job & found out my car had a recent updated version of a part that they could put in & did so with no charge. Great customer service and highly recommended automotive!

The customer service was supreme! They told me in advance not to start my car due to overheating and ran some engine test. I Checked in my car that morning and they offered me donuts, few days later they called to check and see how my vehicle was doing. Their actions definitely show that they care about the condition of my car and how im doing over-all. 10 of 10 would recommend!
