Seems thorough, honest and courteous throughout the 9 day process of getting car repaired. Wish I had an earlier warning on how much time and money it would take to fix my brand new Subaru Outback. I've never had a car take more than 3 days to repair before. I understand they were waiting on parts a good portion of the time. It's just painful to wait that long.

The staff was friendly towards me and my son, they knew what they were talking about in regards to what needed to be fixed, I guess they were reasonable in the price and they said it would take a certain amount of time to do the repairs however, it was completed much quicker.
