I was kept up to date with the mechanic's findings to include the specific cost increases. The only negative experience was a surprise charge for grommets. I appreciate that my bill was altered and I was not charged for these. Thank you very much!

Christian Brothers provided a full and complete repair in a very timely manner. The text message updates provided me information when my car was being evaluated, when an estimate was ready, when my car was being worked on and when it was ready for pickup. The people I spoke with provided clear and detailed answers to my questions and were very polite and professional.
