Only one suggestion will be to charge your customer reasonably and it should be measurable. To stick a license plate, I still can’t digest 45 dollars charge though you said it is just a quick thing to do. So, I was completely shocked to pay 45 dollars till now. Next time, it should be competitive pricing. Until now, my previous maintenance team always installed these 2 plates for free. And this is expected where a customer always wanted to come to get serviced their car. What’s wrong with this expectation?

Quick turn around. Straight forward estimate

I did however discover that a plastic engine cover on the Acura TL was missing from under the hood. I called the store once I got home from picking up and paying for the repair and called the store to report to them that I was missing the piece and was told the mechanic had left for the day and would check the following day but have never heard back.
