The full experience is a a 10 out of 10. Every time I visit a Christian Brothers I always feel like I’m in a nice clean space. The techs are always very nice and informative. I also really enjoy how easy going it is, I never feel like I’m being sold on products or services that I don’t need.
Excellent work
Bob took the time to answer all of my questions. He even showed me a example of what's going on with my vehicle. He made sure I understood the process of everything before leaving. Also the shuttle was very helpful with getting me home I didn't have to figure out who I could call during business hours to take me home.

Honest and quick
The team that follows through, is very comfortable speaking with and they don't try to upsell you, they only offer help where it's needed. I appreciate this. I feel safe sending my wife alone knowing, they will not try to upsell her on some nonsense.

I can alway get an appointment when I need to take my car to the shop. The people that work there are very friendly and accommodating especially with dealing with Covid. They let me know for example if the oil needs changing or the oil doesn't need changing at that time. I appreciate them taking care of my car and would highly recommend them.
