They were efficient and had the price right away for a use of synthetic oil change on my Chevrolet cruz. They said getting it done would be kinda late. Might be several cars that had appointment before me. I came in at six p.m right before closing with my dads truck and they mentioned that they were finished and also mentioned my brakes were fantastic and didn’t need attention so I told them my Dad would be likely to pay them tomorrow because they were exsperiencing a fraud other parents children I guess credit and checks. They let me bring out the car without paying so could my father payed them the next day. They said it was feasable so my dad drove up to the shop the next day and payed them forty. I was interested in a car at automation west Austin and needed the car to get a quote on a newer car. They said a mechanic had finished the oil change and that I could pay the next mourning. The service was great. We had an old car worked on and they checked out everything and repaired what was needed. No pressure to do unwarranted repairs. Friendly, helpful and courteous.

The service was great!
My experience at Christian Brothers was first class. The free 37-point car inspection was very thorough, the sales desk techs were not pushy on what to work on, and the waiting room is peaceful and comfortable. All the work was completed the day I brought it in and I was offered a ride home. So far I am very pleased with the repairs. CB has a reputation for honesty and that was a plus for me. CB is a little more expensive than some others shops but the peace of mind, quality, honesty and speed was worth it.

The service was fast, attentive, friendly, and efficient. After the parts store brought the wrong part, the service manager even went to the store personally to ensure the right part was obtained. All I needed was a small part in my emissions system fixed which, luckily, they were able to do. (If I’d had to take it to a muffler shop, I wouldn’t have been surprised if I’d have been told I needed something more. Might be wrong, but that’s my feeling.) I love having an auto repair service I can trust to tell me what I truly need, even if it’s something small!

Everyone is very professional and polite. I trust your staff and that is no small factor in my decision to bring my business to your company.
