When you go for your appointment Christian Brothers is ready for your vehicle. They will allow you to wait in their comfortable waiting room or they will give you a ride to work or home. They call you to inform of any issues and pricing to take care of those issues. They call you when your vehicle is ready to pick up.
Wednesdays are Ladies Day. Ladies get a nice flower to take home!

The staff at Christian Brothers kept me in the loop on the inspection of my vehicle, explained thoroughly what the issues were, and were transparent in the pricing of repairs. They walked me through the repairs needed and provided an invoice showing the division of parts and labor. There is no hard sale here. I did not feel pressured to agree to the repairs on the spot. I came with my computer and enjoyed that there were two sitting areas, a charging station for all types of phones, bottled water and granola bars for guests, as well as the option to shuttle back to work.
The car was serviced and given a Texas State safety inspection in a timely manner. Good job!
