Service, attentiveness, warranty and promptness on which the work was done. I had called the dealership to work on my power windows and this is what I was told there:
It will be “at least” 4-6 weeks before we can get to it. That is just not acceptable.

Fast vehicle repair and in the road recovery. Price includes a long road warranty. I will bear this in mind for motor ring job and other maintenance work. It's less expensive than purchasing another vehicle.

4. I never get told to get work done I don't need. I once sent a car I knew was taken care of and the only comment was, "oil change done. You really take care of your cars!" Then to be thorough he co tinued to walk me through their inspection, with photos, to show why I didn't need any maintenance. So when I take my other older car and get told I need some flushes, I trust it.

I honestly work my schedule around getting my vehicles to you guys.
