Immediate, friendly and accommodating help right as I walked in. Inspection and oil change prices quite a bit less than another mechanic shop I’ve gone to for years.
Unclear as to why oil change/filter reminder and sticker reflect 3,000 miles when full synthetic oil usually gives you at least 4,000-5,000 miles between service. Will follow up with them on this.

I took my car to the Christian Brothers on West Rd. for repairs. The repairs were completed in a timely manner and the staff followed up with me consistently regarding the issues. A few days after picking up my car, I noticed that I still heard a noise in my car. I took my car back and they fixed it. The staff at this Christian Brothers have excellent customer service! They followed up with me after I picked up my car to ensure I was satisfied with the service! They have a customer for life!
Convenient and fast.
They were prompt. The waiting area was clean and I was given a free oil change as they were late on the work. I asked three times to pay and they said it is on the house. Excellent service!

Christian Brothers Automotive came through for me once again. Battery on my truck started going out and dummy light on dash came on. I rely on my truck to get to work and did not want to have to miss work because of dead battery. It was in the afternoon and I called CBA to see if they could replace battery that day. They did not have my battery in stock but called and had one delivered within an hour. I took my truck there and was back on the road within 30 minutes.
It costs a little more but the service is worth it. Very professional

Your entire staff is always very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They discuss and keep you advised as to what's needed. Your mechanics know what they are doing, and I like the fact that when I get my vehicles back the steering wheels are clean.
