The mechanic informed me of the needed changes to the alignment with graphic and set the appointment. The repair was implemented in a timely way. I drove and tested the vehicle, which performs better than it had.
From when the appointment was set until check out time, true professionalism was used. I was well taken care of and everything was explained along the way about repairs and the costs associated. I am very pleased with the service that I have received.
Every time I have been in, all the employees have bent over backwards to make it a positive experience and do not recommend unnecessary repairs.
